Job Title: Placement Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Placement Coordinator to manage placement activities, coordinate with candidates and companies, and support students throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with companies regarding job openings and interview schedules.
- Share relevant job opportunities with candidates.
- Manage candidate applications, interview schedules, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate mock interviews and interview preparation activities.
- Maintain candidate placement records and status updates.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interviews, selections, and joining processes.




- Build and maintain professional relationships with hiring companies.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Robust organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and placement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in HR, recruitment, placement coordination, or training institutes. Pay: ₹8,379.15 - ₹38,648.99 per month
