A Top Business School in Hyderabad is looking for an experienced and dynamic Training & Placement Officer to lead its corporate engagement and student career development initiatives.

? Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with leading corporates and industry professionals.
- Drive campus recruitment, internships, live projects and placement activities.
- Build and manage a strong corporate network across sectors.
- Coordinate with recruiters for pre-placement talks, recruitment drives and selection processes.
- Plan and deliver training, employability and career-readiness initiatives for students.
- Track placement performance, recruiter engagement and student outcomes.
- Collaborate with faculty and academic leadership to align industry requirements with student development.

? Ideal Candidate
- Master’s degree / MBA from a reputed institution.




- 3+ years of relevant experience in Training & Placement, Corporate Relations, Campus Recruitment or Career Services, preferably in a reputed B-School/University.
- Solid corporate network and proven experience in handling recruiters.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Strong understanding of the MBA/Management education and recruitment ecosystem.
- Willingness to travel and actively engage with industry.
