Trainer – BFSI (Housing Loans & General Insurance)

Yuvion EdTech Private Ltd. is looking for an experienced and engaging BFSI Trainer to deliver training programs focused on Housing Loans, General Insurance, and related financial products.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of the BFSI sector, excellent communication and training skills, and the ability to engage candidates through interactive learning, activities, assessments, and practical examples.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver training content as assigned by the Master Trainer.
- Conduct structured training sessions on Housing Loans, General Insurance, and BFSI-related financial products.
- Explain concepts clearly using practical examples, case studies, activities, and discussions.
- Engage candidates throughout the training program and encourage active participation.
- Conduct assignments, assessments, quizzes, and other learning activities.
- Monitor candidate participation and maintain accurate attendance records.
- Collect required documents and information from candidates as instructed by the backend/project team.
- Prepare and submit attendance, assessment, performance, and other required reports within the given timelines.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and academic/professional support to candidates throughout the training program.
- Identify learning gaps and provide appropriate support to candidates.
- Coordinate closely with the Project Team, Master Trainer,



and Backend Team for smooth execution of the training program.
- Ensure training sessions are conducted according to the assigned curriculum, schedule, and quality standards.
- Maintain professionalism and create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a BFSI Trainer, Banking/Financial Services professional, or relevant practitioner.
- Strong knowledge of Housing Loans, General Insurance, and financial products.
- Prior experience in training, teaching, mentoring, or candidate engagement will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Solid ability to explain financial concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Good interpersonal and candidate-management skills.
- Ability to conduct assessments and maintain training documentation.
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders and working within defined timelines.
- Willingness to work on a project-based/contractual engagement across Guwahati.
