About the role

TraderSchool is hiring Trading Interns to join our team remotely and work on real market analysis, strategy, and trading-desk tasks. You'll be trained by practitioners, take on live assignments, and build a track record that gets our top interns referred directly to partner trading firms through our Placement Assistance Program.

This is a hands-on role for people who want to break into a trading career — you'll be doing the actual work of a junior trader, not just watching lectures.

Responsibilities

- Conduct market analysis across equities, derivatives, F&O;, and crypto
- Build, backtest, and help deploy algorithmic and systematic trading strategies
- Complete practical trading assignments and submit your analysis for review
- Track and document your strategy performance, risk, and decision-making
- Collaborate with the team on live projects and desk-style tasks
