About The Role We are looking for a skilled Tosca Test Automation Engineer to support large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and Quality Engineering programs. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, executing, and maintaining automated test assets using Tricentis Tosca .

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on Tosca automation experience. SAP S/4HANA automation experience is preferred, and candidates with Tosca expertise from non-SAP domains may also be considered. However, hands-on SAP automation experience is required. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and modules using Tricentis Tosca.
- Create reusable Tosca modules, test cases, templates, and automation libraries.
- Work with business processes and functional specifications to identify suitable automation candidates.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test automation.
- Execute automated test suites, analyze failures, and perform defect triage.
- Configure and maintain Tosca environments including Tosca Commander, Tosca Server, DEX/Team Agents, and SAP-specific TTA setup.
- Integrate Tosca with test management and ALM tools such as qTest, Azure DevOps, JIRA/Xray, and SAP Cloud ALM.
- Support integration of automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with SAP Functional Consultants, Developers, Test Managers, and Business Stakeholders to validate business scenarios.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression, mock cycles, cutover, and go-live testing.
- Prepare automation status reports, coverage metrics, execution results, and defect summaries.
- Follow automation best practices related to modularity, reusability, maintainability, and data-driven testing.




- Mentor junior team members and contribute to automation framework standards where applicable.
- Explore Agentic AI and AI-powered testing capabilities to improve test case generation, maintenance, optimization, and overall testing efficiency.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3 8 years of overall experience in software testing/automation.
- At least 2 years of strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca.
- Hands-on experience in SAP automation is mandatory.
- SAP S/4HANA experience is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and test lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to AI-powered testing and Agentic AI concepts is an added advantage.
