Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for TGT Science and PGT Art educators. The role involves planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons in Science and Art aligned with the Millennium Learning System™️ and school curriculum guidelines.

Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom instruction, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback to support academic and creative growth. The educator will collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects, participate in school events, and maintain accurate records of student progress and classroom activities.



Additional duties include attending parent–teacher meetings, contributing to co-curricular programs, and upholding school policies and values.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Science with the ability to teach concepts clearly and accurately at the TGT level.
- Analytical skills to assess student understanding, interpret academic data, and adapt teaching methods as needed.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
- Background in Education with proven classroom management skills and knowledge of modern pedagogical practices.
- Research skills to develop instructional materials, stay updated with subject advancements, and integrate innovative teaching strategies.
- Degree in Science for TGT (B.Sc./M.Sc. with B.Ed.) and in Fine Arts or related field for PGT Art (BFA/MFA with B.Ed. preferred).
- Experience teaching in a school environment, preferably CBSE or equivalent board.
- Ability to use educational technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.
- Commitment to inclusive education, student wellbeing, and continuous professional development.
