As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing control, precision, and data integrity by integrating advanced quality methodologies and tools. The position requires driving the adoption of intelligent and predictive testing strategies, leveraging automation and innovative solutions to elevate the overall testing framework and ensure continuous improvement in quality outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new testing tools and technologies to enhance automation capabilities.
- Monitor and report on testing metrics to identify areas for process improvement and risk mitigation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Mendix.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective test automation strategies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.




- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Capability to work collaboratively in an agile development environment.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Siemens Mendix.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
