Launched 2024, closed FY25-26 at ₹23.7 Cr net sales with 156% YoY growth. Network of 220+ distributors and 15,000+ retailers.

Role Own primary and secondary sales for your territory. Appoint distributors, keep them profitable, and drive counter-level sell-out through beat coverage.

Responsibilities • Deliver monthly primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory • Appoint new distributors and expand retail coverage in white-space markets • Manage distributor health — ROI, stock cover, outstanding, claim settlement • Drive beat planning and productive calls through distributor DSR teams • Execute schemes,



NPD launches and visibility programs at counter level • Ensure collections within credit terms; control ageing and credit note usage • Track competition activity — pricing, schemes, recent launches — and report weekly • Train and review distributor sales teams; joint field working 18–20 days a month • Submit accurate daily reporting on coverage, billing and outstanding Requirements • 3–6 years in channel sales — mobile accessories, consumer electronics, FMCG or consumer durables • Must have handled distributors directly, with own territory P&L; exposure • Proven distributor appointment and retail expansion track record • Working Excel; comfortable reading ROI and ageing reports • Local language mandatory (Kannada / Telugu / Malayalam / Tamil / Marathi as per territory) + Hindi/English • Two-wheeler/four-wheeler with valid licence; ready for extensive travel Key Skills: Channel Sales, Distributor Management, Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, Retail Expansion, Beat Planning, Territory Management, Distributor ROI, Collections, FMCG Sales, Consumer Electronics
