As we expand our technology capabilities, we are looking for a TPRM Solutions Lead (AI-Focused) to help develop innovative AI and technology solutions for third-party and supply chain risk management.

The Role The TPRM Solutions Lead will help identify, design, develop and deploy AI-enabled solutions across the third-party and supply chain risk management lifecycle.

Working with Selianz leadership, TPRM specialists, clients and external technology partners, the role will translate business needs into practical solutions and take ownership from concept and architecture through development, testing, integration and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation and emerging technologies to TPRM and supply chain risk management.
- Translate business needs and use cases into functional and technical solution requirements.
- Evaluate technologies and define appropriate solution approaches and architecture.
- Develop prototypes and proofs of concept where appropriate.
- Lead and coordinate external developers, consultants and technology partners.




- Oversee solution development, testing, quality assurance and deployment.
- Design and support integrations with the Selianz Risk Hub, client systems, GRC platforms, risk intelligence providers and other third-party technologies.
- Support implementation and deployment of solutions within client environments.
- Work with TPRM specialists to develop reusable AI and technology capabilities across assessment, due diligence, monitoring, analysis and reporting.
- Contribute to the Selianz technology roadmap and continuously evaluate emerging AI capabilities and use cases.
- Ensure appropriate consideration of security, privacy, AI governance, human oversight and responsible use.

Experience & Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced technology qualified with strong experience in solution development, architecture, AI/automation and systems integration.

Ideally, you will have:

- Experience designing and implementing enterprise technology solutions.
- Practical knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI platforms and automation technologies.
- Experience translating business requirements into solution designs and technical requirements.
- Understanding of solution architecture, APIs, integrations,



data flows and cloud-based technologies.
- Experience managing solutions through development, testing and deployment.
- Experience managing external developers, consultants or technology partners.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and project-management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Excellent written and spoken English.

Experience with TPRM, GRC, procurement, risk management or related enterprise technologies would be advantageous.
