Territory Manager Life Insurance - Delhi / Jaipur / Chandigarh - 2+Years

We are looking for a driven Business Development professional with 25 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to Agency Business, advisor hiring, market mapping and business development. The role will involve expanding the retail network, building advisor relationships and driving business growth across the assigned territory.

Location - Delhi / Jaipur / Chandigarh

Responsibilities

1. Conducting market mapping of the Digit Retail Network across Broking and Agency channels, identifying top and middle-potential opportunities.
2. Driving GTL business through existing and new distributor networks.
3. Delivering product training to advisors and channel partners.
4. Hiring advisors across the non-Digit Network to strengthen the agency channel.
5. Meeting and onboarding advisors within the assigned location.
6. Identifying potential advisors and activating them for business generation.
7. Promoting central campaigns to encourage business growth and improve advisor productivity.
8.



Conducting a minimum of 75 prospect calls per month and at least 3 in-person calls daily.

Requirements

1. Having 25 years of experience in a Business Development role within the Life Insurance industry.
2. Demonstrating strong understanding of Agency Business and advisor hiring.
3. Possessing strong communication and relationship-building skills.
4. Demonstrating the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
5. Having strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
