Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer calls, resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and qualified manner.
- Provide accurate information to customers about products/services offered by the company.
- Meet performance targets set for call handling, sales conversion rates, and quality standards.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in BPO industry with a focus on voice process (customer service).
- Strong communication skills in Telugu language is mandatory.
- Ability to work rotational shift as per business requirements.
