On the UGC side, we collaborate with brands like Seekho, SpeakX, Supernova.ai, PlatinumRX, Axis Max Life Insurance to create high-performing, conversion-driven content. We specialize in building relatable, high-converting short-form content through creators, trends, and solid storytelling.

Role Overview

We are hiring Scriptwriters / Copywriters for the Telugu language.

This is a remote role for someone who understands the world of influencer marketing, UGC ads, short-form storytelling, and digital trends. We are looking for a writer who knows how to create content that feels natural, engaging, and native to the platform, not overly “brandy” or forced.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience writing for influencer-led content, UGC ads, or performance marketing videos, and should know how to turn a brand brief into a strong 40–60 second script that hooks the user within the first few seconds.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

- Is from South India or have a strong native command over the Telugu language, they are applying for
- Understands regional audience behavior, cultural nuance, and platform language
- Has prior experience in influencer marketing, UGC ads, performance ads, or digital content scripting
- Knows what kind of content is currently trending and can write accordingly
- Can write high-retention 40–60 second scripts
- Can create a robust hook within the first 3–5 seconds




- Knows how to naturally include all important brand pointers without making the script sound too promotional
- Can make the content feel relatable, conversational, and platform-friendly
- Understands how to balance brand messaging + audience attention + creator style
- Should be able to understand basic Hindi

Key Responsibilities

- Write scripts for influencer campaigns, UGC videos, and ad creatives
- Convert brand briefs into engaging, easy-to-execute scripts
- Write content in a way that feels native, trend-aware, and audience-first
- Ensure scripts include key product/brand messaging in a non-forced manner
- Adapt script tonality based on the creator's personality, region, and platform style
- Stay updated on reels trends, hooks, ad formats, and content styles
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver scripts aligned with campaign goals

Required Experience

- Prior experience in influencer marketing, UGC content, ad scripting, or short-form video writing
- Strong portfolio/sample work in regional language content
- Experience writing scripts that are engaging, conversion-focused, and culturally relevant
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, UGC ads, and short-form content best practices
