Job Role: Outbound Lead Generation Executive (ICICI Bank Credit Card Process)

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Generate leads for ICICI Bank Credit Cards.
- Explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
- Provide a skilled and customer-focused calling experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

- HSC (12th Pass) is mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Male and female candidates can apply.
- Basic, average, good, or excellent communication skills.

Shift Timings:

- 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Sunday fixed weekly off.

Salary: For Basic/Average/Good Communication Skills:

- 17,000 to 20,000 Gross per month
- 15,000 to 18,000 In-hand per month
- Attractive performance-based incentives

For Excellent Communication Skills:

- 23,119 Gross per month
- 21,000 In-hand per month
- Attractive performance-based incentives
