We are seeking a proactive and articulate Telesales Executive to handle customer communications, lead follow-ups, and sales coordination. In this role, you will manage daily calling operations, maintain continuous follow-ups with prospective buyers, send professional email correspondence, and keep our CRM system accurately updated. You will also serve as a key bridge between customers and senior sales team members to close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Calling & Outreach:

Conduct regular calls to fresh leads sourced from digital campaigns, IndiaMART, and other B2B platforms to evaluate requirements and purchase intent.

2. Continuous Follow-Ups:

Maintain structured, persistent follow-up via phone and email to keep leads warm and move deals forward.

3. Sales Coordination:

Act as the direct coordinator between customers and Senior Sales Executives/Managers—scheduling meetings, sharing technical details, and facilitating smooth handoffs.

4. Email Communication:

Draft and send clear, professional email follow-ups, price quotations, meeting summaries, and promotional materials.

5. CRM Management:





Rigorously update the CRM software with call notes, customer details, lead status, next steps, and pipeline stages in real time.

6. Pipeline Support:

Track customer responses, handle initial objections, and ensure no sales lead falls through the cracks.

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or sales support.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional phone manner.

3. Organizational Ability: Robust multi-tasking and follow-up management skills with high attention to detail.

4. Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and standard email/office tools.

5.Interpersonal Skills: Ability to coordinate smoothly with internal senior sales stakeholders and external clients alike.

Industry Preference

Open to all industries; manufacturing/office administration background preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
