Job Title : Telesales Executive We're hiring Telesales Executives for its Bangalore office. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with excellent communication skills who are passionate about delivering a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving queries.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer support.
- Maintain quality standards and adhere to company processes.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers: Graduation completed (mandatory).
- Experienced Candidates: 12th Pass with relevant experience.
- Positive communication skills in English + any one regional language: Hindi / Kannada / Tamil / Malayalam - Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work from the office.

Salary : 0 Month – 1 Year Experience: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month 2+ Years Experience: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month Shift : Day Shift Location : Hoodi, Mahadevapura, Bangalore
