Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Telesales Executive & Back Office Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining products/services, following up with customers, maintaining accurate records, and providing day-to-day administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Telesales & Customer Support

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services, prices, and offers clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good customer relationships.
- Maintain records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and sales.

Back Office & Data Management
- Enter, update, and maintain customer and company data accurately.
- Verify information and identify and correct discrepancies.
- Maintain digital and physical records for easy access.




- Prepare basic reports and provide information to internal teams.
- Assist with order processing, documentation, and other administrative activities.
- Coordinate with sales and other departments for smooth operations.
- Handle confidential customer and company information responsibly.

Skills Required:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office/Excel.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers over the phone.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

Eligibility:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- No prior experience required.
- Candidates should have basic computer knowledge and good communication skills.
