Tele-Sales Candidate Requirements Education: 12th pass / Graduate Experience: 1–3 years in tele-sales, inside sales, or customer calling preferred Language: Hindi + English; Punjabi preferred Communication: Positive speaking and convincing skills Sales Skills: Lead follow-up, product explanation, objection handling, and closing Computer Skills: Basic MS Office, WhatsApp, CRM/data entry Target: Comfortable working with monthly sales targets Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and explain SmartEdge products such as Interactive Panels, Digital Boards, Broadcasting Systems, etc.
