– Telecaller Job Title: Telecaller Department: Sales / Customer Support Location: Sector 63 Noida Block - C Employment Type: Full time Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information. Explain products/services, offers, and company policies. Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.

Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling/sales targets. Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required. Follow up regularly with interested customers to convert leads into sales.





RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills. Hindi and English speaking ability preferred. Basic computer knowledge. Confident and positive attitude. Ability to handle customers professionally.

Previous telecalling, sales, or customer-service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
