Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, speaking with customers or potential clients, understanding their requirements, and generating leads or appointments.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and clients.

- Explain products, services, and offers clearly.

- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

- Generate leads and schedule appointments.

- Follow up with leads and existing customers regularly.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

- Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up.

- Provide regular updates and reports to the supervisor.

Requirements





- 12th pass or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.

- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

- Good verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.

- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
