Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases.

- Explain insurance products, policy benefits, coverage, premiums, and key features to customers.

- Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and other approved communication channels.

- Schedule appointments for sales executives or insurance advisors.

- Maintain regular follow-ups to improve lead conversion.

- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, banking, financial services, or insurance preferred.

- Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome.

- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
