Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role based in Kolkata.

The Tele

Caller will contact prospective and existing customers to explain loan and financial products, answer queries, and guide them through the application process. Daily responsibilities include making outbound and handling inbound calls, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and following up on leads to ensure conversion. The role involves coordinating with the sales team, adhering to calling scripts and compliance guidelines, and meeting performance targets related to call volume and sales.

Caller is expected to maintain a courteous and professional tone, provide clear information,



and support customers in making informed financial decisions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and local language proficiency, active listening, and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Candidates should possess customer service and sales skills, such as handling objections, explaining financial products simply, and working toward lead conversion and target achievement.
- Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining call logs, updating customer records accurately, and following structured processes.
- Candidates should possess basic computer and technology skills, including comfort with telecalling software, CRM tools, and standard office applications.
- Relevant experience in telecalling, call center, or financial services sales is preferred but motivated entry-level candidates may also be considered.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata on a full-time schedule, handle repetitive tasks with attention to detail, and perform in a target-driven environment.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in commerce, business, or related fields is an advantage.
