Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant (Oracle Fusion HCM / Payroll) to join our Enterprise Systems team in Chennai . In this role, you will lead and support the implementation, customization, and post-go-live maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules across our Middle East and India operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end techno-functional implementation, configuration, and support for Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll modules.
- Manage key functional areas including Core HR (People & Assignment), Costing, Absence Management, Payroll, Performance Management, Time & Labor, L&D;, and Recruiting.
- Handle post-go-live support, issue resolution, enhancement requests, and system optimizations.
- Ensure strict compliance with regional payroll legislations across UAE, KSA, and India .
- Interface with cross-functional business stakeholders, finance teams, and external consulting partners to deliver seamless ERP integrations.





Key Requirements (Must-Haves)

- Experience: 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM / Payroll implementations with at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementation projects completed.
- Post-Implementation Support: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in post-Go-Live application support.
- Core Expertise: Deep techno-functional understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules:
- Core HR, Absence Management & Payroll
- Time & Labor, Performance Management
- Learning & Development, Recruiting
- Regional Legislation: In-depth experience handling UAE, KSA, and India payroll & labor statutory compliance.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with robust stakeholder management abilities.

Desired / Added Advantage

- Finance Integration: Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance modules (Payroll JVs, Personal Expense Management).
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in an EPC / EPCI engineering or construction environment.
- Consulting Background: Big 4 trained or implementation experience with global consulting firms (e.g., Accenture, TCS, Wipro, Infosys).
