Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate and develop sales for our Prefab Division, including prefabricated office cabins, site offices, security cabins, portable cabins, PUF cabins and related structures.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, references, enquiries and market research.
- Visit construction sites, factories, warehouses, companies and project locations to identify potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable prefab solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations and coordinate with the internal team for proposals.
- Follow up with leads, quotations and prospective customers until order closure.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, industries and corporate clients.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with production, estimation and installation teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain daily visit reports,



lead status and follow-up details.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.

Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Business / Sales or related field preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain products clearly.
- Strong follow-up and closing skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory.
- Tamil and English communication required; Hindi/Kannada will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in Prefab, PEB, construction, building materials, UPVC, interiors or B2B sales will be preferred.
