The Role

You will run the day-to-day engine of our technical hiring — sourcing, screening and coordination — and keep the whole recruitment funnel moving.

Our roles are deeply technical. We want someone who understands what they are screening for: a candidate’s work on propulsion, thruster testing or spacecraft subsystems should mean something to you. That is why we are looking for a science or engineering background, not a generalist HR profile.

What You Will Do

Sourcing

- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, campus placement cells, IIT/IISc/NIT networks and space-tech communities.
- Post and refresh job openings across job boards and platforms.
- Build a ready pipeline of aerospace, mechanical, electronics and physics profiles.

Screening

- Shortlist applications on technical relevance, not keywords.
- Run first-level phone and video screening calls — background, project work, notice period, expectations, location.
- Write short candidate summary notes with a explicit recommendation.
- Coordinate technical assignments and chase submissions.

Coordination & Follow-up

- Schedule interviews across candidate and panel calendars; manage reschedules cleanly.
- Send invites, links and briefing notes to candidates and interviewers.
- Track every open role, stage,



pending feedback and offer — and proactively remind the hiring team of what needs action.
- Share a weekly hiring update: roles open, candidates per stage, offers out, joins confirmed.
- Keep candidates informed at every stage. No one waits without an update.

Records

- Maintain the applicant tracking sheet accurately and daily.
- Support offer roll-out, document collection and onboarding coordination.
- Handle candidate and compensation data with strict confidentiality.

What We Are Looking For

- Bachelor’s or Master’s (completed or final year) in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Physics, Space Science or a related field.
- Working understanding of space science and technology — satellites, propulsion, orbits, spacecraft subsystems.
- Strong spoken and written English. You are the first voice candidates hear.
- Sharp follow-up discipline and attention to detail. Nothing slips.
- Comfortable working independently and closing tasks without reminders.
- Good with Excel / Google Sheets and LinkedIn. Any ATS experience is a plus.
- Interested in building a career at the intersection of technology and talent.
