Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing technical talent, stakeholder management, interview coordination, and offer management. The candidate should be capable of handling multiple IT requirements while maintaining quality and meeting hiring timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for Domestic IT positions.
- Understand technical job requirements from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage offer negotiation, salary discussions, and onboarding activities.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and recruitment MIS reports.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Robust experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent sourcing and Boolean search skills.
- Experience hiring across technologies such as:

o Java o .NET o Python o DevOps o Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) .

o Data Engineering o SAP o Salesforce o QA Automation o Full Stack Development

- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment.
- Experience using ATS and recruitment management tools.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in IT Staffing or Consulting companies.
- Immediate Joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong networking and talent mapping skills.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
