Key Responsibilities:

Coordination with Sales Team:
Work closely with the sales team to obtain a list of equipment scheduled for transfer to client sites.
Ensure accurate and timely communication of dispatch plans and schedules.

Client Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding the dispatch and delivery of equipment. Provide
regular updates to clients on the status of shipments, including tracking and estimated arrival times.
Address any client concerns or issues related to the dispatch process.

Factory Coordination:
Collaborate with the factory to ensure that trucks are deployed with the correct equipment, properly sealed for transit. Confirm that the necessary technicians are assigned to each dispatch.

Ensure that seals are opened upon arrival at the client site, and oversee the assembly and installation of equipment as per client requirements.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of dispatches, including equipment lists, tracking information, and client communications.





Prepare and submit regular reports on dispatch activities, including any issues encountered and resolutions.

Problem Resolution:
Proactively identify potential issues in the dispatch process and work to resolve them before they impact delivery.

Handle any post-delivery issues, ensuring client satisfaction and timely resolution.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in logistics, dispatch coordination, or a related field.
Solid organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple dispatches simultaneously.
Proficient in using dispatch management software and tracking tools.
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to equipment transport and assembly.
