What would you do Role is to oversee and leading day-to-day learning administration operations. This role ensures efficient delivery of learning services, adherence to SLAs, quality assurance, and effective people coordination. The role acts as a key point of contact between learners, stakeholders, vendors, and the learning delivery team, while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in learning processes.Talent Development involves creating and implementing programs to enhance employees skills and growth opportunities. This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce.Manage learning solutions, including activities such as registration, vendor management, product support, learning management system.
