What would you do Role is accountable for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of standard and ad-hoc reports within and outside client systems (e.g., Workday). You will manage a team of reporting professionals, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables. The role requires a strong blend of leadership, client engagement, and hands-on technical expertise in MIS Reporting and Excel-based solutions. You will drive continuous improvement, foster team capability, and ensure reporting outputs are aligned with business and client objectives.Talent HR Practice involves implementing strategies for recruiting, developing, and retaining employees. This includes managing hiring processes, employee training, and career development programs. The goal is to foster a productive and engaged workforce. Responsibilities also include developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.



This role is crucial for creating a positive and effective work environment.A set of tasks to provide insights about the effectiveness of HR processes, procedures and policies, help make data-driven decisions based on the information collected and help HR to move from operational to tactical or strategic partner.

Roles and Responsibilities: "Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Senior Delivery Specialists and AnalystsEnsure timely and accurate delivery of standard reports, dashboards, and client-defined outputsAct as the primary escalation point for delivery risks and issuesServe as the main liaison for client stakeholders on all reporting mattersTranslate business requirements into scalable and sustainable reporting solutionsDrive automation initiatives using Excel, VBA, and Power Query to improve efficiencyMonitor SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics for reporting deliverablesChampion root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive action implementationOversee development and maintenance of robust Excel-based MIS toolsEnsure adherence to SOPs, documentation standards, and version controlsIdentify opportunities to standardize and scale reporting processesContribute to talent planning, capability building, and succession planning"
