Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and responsible IT Project & Client Relationship Manager who will act as the One point of contact between clients and our internal technical team.

The person will understand client requirements, coordinate with developers/designers, track project progress, communicate updates to clients and ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on time.

This role is ideal for someone who has good knowledge of the software/IT field, strong communication skills and the ability to manage both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team
- Understand and document client requirements
- Coordinate with developers, designers and other technical team members
- Track project progress, deadlines and deliverables
- Communicate project updates to clients
- Conduct regular client follow-ups
- Identify project issues and coordinate with the appropriate team for resolution
- Manage website, mobile app, software and digital projects
- Coordinate change requests and new requirements
- Maintain client/project records
- Support quotations, proposals and project discussions




- Ensure client requirements are properly communicated to the development team
- Follow up on pending approvals, content, payments and deliverables
- Maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

- What We’re Looking For

- Strong knowledge of the IT / Software industry
- Good understanding of Websites, Mobile Apps, Software Development and Digital Solutions
- Excellent client communication and coordination skills
- Ability to understand technical requirements and explain them clearly to clients
- Solid team management and follow-up skills
- Good problem-solving ability
- Tamil speaking is mandatory
- English communication is required
- Prior experience in Project Management / Client Management / Business Coordination / IT Operations is preferred
