We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to own delivery execution across GCC India’s engineering pods for the GLIDEPARCS® platform. You will run the operating rhythm of the India engineering organization — sprint cadence, release readiness, cross-pod dependencies, and delivery visibility to U.S. leadership — so that engineers ship and leaders decide with clean, current information.
Why Join Us
- Own delivery for a U.S. product platform — real scope, real accountability, direct access to executive stakeholders.
- Build the delivery operating system for GCC India from the ground up, rather than inheriting someone else’s process.
- Work in a start-up-style environment with the stability and trajectory of an established U.S. parent.
- Direct impact on products used by cities, universities, and enterprises across North America.
Responsibilities Delivery Execution & Cadence
- Run sprint planning, daily execution, and retrospectives across multiple engineering pods (platform, compliance, integrations, QA).
- Maintain a single, accurate delivery plan — scope, owners, dates, and dependencies — as the system of record for India delivery.
- Break large initiatives into sequenced, shippable increments with explicit acceptance criteria and definition of done.
- Identify and clear blockers proactively; escalate with a recommendation, never just a status.
Release & Environment Readiness
- Own release planning and go/no-go readiness across development, staging, and production environments.
- Coordinate QA cycles, UAT, regression windows, and rollback plans with engineering and DevOps.
- Track technical debt, defect aging, and post-release stability; drive closure rather than reporting on it.
Cross-Geo Coordination (U.S. ↔ India)
- Act as the delivery interface between GCC India pods and U.S. product, support, and operations stakeholders.
- Design async-first working patterns that make the overnight time zone gap an advantage — clear handoffs, written decisions, no dependency on live meetings.
- Prepare and drive delivery reviews, program updates, and executive readouts for U.S. leadership.
Metrics, Risk & Governance
- Define and publish delivery metrics: velocity, predictability, cycle time, escaped defects, and release health.
- Maintain the risk register, issue log, and dependency map for India delivery; own the escalation path.
- Ensure engineering artifacts — specifications, test evidence, release notes — remain audit-ready for compliance and platform commitments.
AI-Assisted Delivery Operations
- Automate status rollups, sprint reporting, and risk flagging using AI and workflow tooling (Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate) instead of manual collation.
- Continuously reduce process overhead — every recurring report should trend toward being generated, not written.
Skills Required
- 8–12 years in software engineering or delivery, including 4+ years as a Technical Project / Program Manager owning multi-team delivery for a product or SaaS organization.
- Technically hands-on: able to read code, review a pull request, reason about API contracts and data models,
and hold a credible architecture conversation.
- Proven ownership of release management, CI/CD workflows, environment strategy, and QA coordination.
- Strong command of Agile and Scrum delivery, applied with judgment — lightweight process that scales, not ceremony for its own sake.
- Hands-on with modern delivery tooling: Jira or Azure DevOps, GitHub, and the Microsoft 365 and Teams ecosystem.
- Track record delivering with distributed U.S.–India teams across time zones.
- Exceptional written communication — clear, concise, decision-ready updates without hand-holding.
- Demonstrated bias for ownership and outcomes over activity reporting.
Preferred
- Experience in payments, compliance, mobility, IoT, GovTech, or civic infrastructure platforms.
- Prior experience in a Global Capabilities Center or Center of Excellence during its build-out phase (0 → 50 headcount).
- Practical use of AI and agentic tooling in delivery operations, engineering productivity, or quality workflows.
- Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS, cloud-native architectures (AWS), and event-driven systems.
- Certifications such as CSM, PMP, or Secure — practical, not a substitute for delivery evidence.
