Key Responsibilities :

- Own delivery of multiple concurrent software projects from initiation through deployment and post-go-live support.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, sprint plans, resource allocations, and release calendars using Agile/Scrum practices.
- Work with solution architects and tech leads to validate technical approaches, estimates, and delivery risks.
- Run sprint ceremonies, manage backlogs, and enforce engineering discipline: code reviews, CI/CD gates, and definition-of-done.
- Track and report project health (scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk) to leadership and clients with transparent dashboards.
- Manage scope changes, negotiate priorities with clients, and control scope creep through structured change management.
- Coordinate deployments, cutovers, and production releases with DevOps and client IT teams.
- Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation; own escalations end to end.
- Mentor project leads and contribute to improving the delivery playbook, estimation models, and PMO processes.
