We are not looking for a conventional developer .

We are looking for someone with a problem-solving + research + debugging mindset who enjoys figuring out things that are not straightforward.

? What Kind of Developer Are We Looking For?

Someone who can work beyond standard development tasks.

You should be comfortable with things like:

- Investigating how unfamiliar websites/applications work
- Understanding browser Network requests and API communication
- Finding and integrating undocumented/publicly accessible APIs where authorized
- Working with REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, webhooks, etc.
- Understanding authentication, sessions, cookies, tokens and headers
- Debugging complex frontend/backend issues
- Deploying applications on VPS/cloud platforms
- Working with Nginx, Docker, PM2, Linux, DNS and SSL
- Reading logs and troubleshooting production issues
- Understanding third-party integrations
- Working with unfamiliar technologies and learning them quickly
- Finding solutions when documentation is incomplete
- Researching GitHub, documentation, developer communities and technical resources
- Automating repetitive technical tasks
- Building proof-of-concepts and experimental solutions
- Connecting systems that were not originally designed to work together
- Handling unusual technical requirements and finding practical approaches

But you must know how to figure things out.

“I don't know this.”

“I've never used it before. Let me understand how it works and figure out whether we can implement it.”

Some problems will have no ready-made tutorial . That's exactly why we need you.

- Saying “this is not possible” without investigating first

? Selection Process The interview will not be a typical coding interview . You may be given practical technical problems involving:

API investigation → debugging → deployment → integration → research → problem solving

We want to see HOW you think , not just how many programming languages you have listed on your CV.

Final compensation will depend on technical ability, experience and performance during the selection process.
