Job Responsibilities

- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely execution of customer requirements.

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare reports related to quotations, customer interactions, and collections.

Skills Required

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Basic technical understanding of electrical products.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
