Job Title
Technical Mentor – GenAI, Data Structures & Data Analysis | Remote | Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Mentor / Trainer who can conduct live online training sessions and interview-preparation sessions for working professionals and job seekers.
This is a 100% remote, full-time role with working hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST.
Our immediate priority is to find someone who can confidently handle:
- Data Structures & Algorithms
- Generative AI / GenAI
- Data Analysis
- Technical interview preparation
- Mock interviews
You do not need to be an experienced corporate trainer. We are also open to strong interns, fresh graduates, teaching assistants, developers or engineers who have excellent technical fundamentals and strong communication skills.
Compensation
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Equivalent annual package
₹1.2 LPA – ₹1.8 LPA

Primary Responsibilities The mentor will conduct live online sessions covering:
1. Data Structures & Algorithms
Candidates should be comfortable explaining topics such as:
- Arrays
- Strings
- Linked Lists
- Stacks
- Queues
- Hashing
- Trees
- Graphs
- Recursion
- Searching
- Sorting
- Time Complexity
- Space Complexity
- Problem-solving approaches
The focus should not only be on solving problems, but also on helping candidates explain their approach during interviews.
1. Generative AI
You should have working knowledge of areas such as:
- Generative AI fundamentals
- Large Language Models
- Prompt Engineering
- RAG
- Embeddings
- Vector Databases
- LangChain / similar frameworks
- LLM APIs
- AI agents
- Python for GenAI
- GenAI application development
Advanced expertise in every topic is not mandatory, but you should be able to understand concepts quickly and explain them clearly.
1. Data Analysis
Candidates should be comfortable teaching or discussing:
- Python
- Pandas
- NumPy
- SQL
- Data Cleaning
- Data Transformation
- Exploratory Data Analysis
- Descriptive Statistics
- GroupBy
- Pivot Tables

1. Interview Preparation
You will help candidates prepare for technical interviews by:
- Asking role-specific interview questions
- Evaluating candidate answers
- Identifying missing concepts
- Asking follow-up questions
- Explaining ideal answers
- Improving candidate communication
- Helping candidates structure technical explanations
1. Mock Interviews
After becoming comfortable with our interview process, you may also conduct:
- Technical mock interviews
- GenAI mock interviews
- Data-related interviews
- Software engineering interviews
- Interview feedback sessions
Required Skills We are primarily looking for someone with:
- Strong communication skills
- Good spoken English
- Strong technical fundamentals
- Ability to explain difficult concepts simply
- Confidence while speaking with working professionals
- Good problem-solving ability

- Laptop/Desktop suitable for online sessions
Technical Skills Candidates having knowledge of several of the following will be preferred:

Selection will primarily be based on: Technical Knowledge + Communication + Teaching Ability
