Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical lead with extensive experience in Node.js, React.js, and AWS to lead our development . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will be responsible for overseeing project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple software development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Utilize Node.js and React.js to guide technical decisions and ensure best practices are followed.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration.
- Mentor and guide team members in technical and project management best practices.
- Continuously assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.





Mandatory Skills

- Strong expertise in Node.js is a deal breaker.
- Proficient in React.js for front-end development.
- Experience with AWS services and cloud-based solutions.
- Solid understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of database technologies such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
- Experience in leading remote teams.
- Certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) are a plus.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10-13 years of experience in project management, with a focus on software development.
- Proven experience in managing projects using Node.js and React.js.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
