Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and own the strategy for multiple assigned products, aligning them with overall business goals and market needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, implementation, and ensure alignment across technical and business functions.
- Define product implementation roadmaps, establish clear timelines, milestones, and manage resources effectively.
- Assess the impact of changes on the ecosystem, drive necessary interventions and change management activities to ensure smooth transitions.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers and professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and encouraging continuous learning.
- Drive continuous process simplification and business excellence, identifying areas for improvement and enabling sustainable efficiency.
- Ensure benefit realization of implemented products and projects, track success metrics, and optimize product outcomes.
- Identify operational risks and resolve critical issues, ensuring compliance, conducting root-cause analysis, and maintaining system integrity.

Educational Qualification: Graduation in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory. MBA is preferred. Additional certifications such as Agile Transformation (Internal on PluralSight) and Certification of Capability in Business Analysis™ (CCBA®) are preferred.

Minimum Work Experience: 12+ years of experience.

Technical Exposures:

- Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Aha!, Product Plan) is desired.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and development frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is desired.
- Exposure to data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) is preferred.
