Roles & Responsibilities

- You will be responsible for the operation, verification, calibration, and proper use of instruments in the Oral Liquid Manufacturing area.
- You will be responsible for machine setup, operation, and cleaning of all manufacturing equipment used in the Oral Liquid Manufacturing area.
- You will be responsible for performing and documenting in-process checks in accordance with approved BMRs and SOPs.
- You will be responsible for participating in troubleshooting activities to minimize operational risks and equipment downtime during breakdowns.
- You will be responsible for the operation, verification, calibration, and proper utilization of manufacturing equipment in the Oral Liquid Manufacturing area.
- You will be responsible for the execution, review, and recording of Electronic Batch Records (EBRs), e-logbooks, calibration and verification records, ECRs, and other related documents through PAS-X (Process Automation System).
- You will be responsible for the execution of CLITA activities and the logging, monitoring, and closure of Red Tags and White Tags in the AMPLE system.
- You will be responsible for reporting and recording Near Misses, Unsafe Acts, and Unsafe Conditions in the SHEHUB system.
- You will be responsible for reviewing and verifying SCADA/L2 batch reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- You will be responsible for documentation activity like deviations, calibration, change control etc. related to manufacturing area




- You will be responsible for identifying process abnormalities, implementing lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Autonomous Maintenance, and coordinating small project modifications with plant leads.

Educational Qualification

Diploma/Graduation in pharmacy, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering or related field is mandatory.

Minimum Work Experience

3+ / 6 years of experience.
