Work Location: Baroda - Onsite

Shift Timings - Day Shift ( Twice in a Month - Half Day/Half Night Shift - 6 PM to 3 AM)

Job Purpose:

Training, Reporting & Feedback Review with Onshore Team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborating with Onshore for Feedback & New Process Updates.

- Highlighting Key Issues & Feedback to Management.

- Managing the Queue for All Processes.

- Managing the Escalation Ratio of the VIS Process

- Experience in managing Cross-Functional Teams and coordinating with Multiple Departments.

- Lead Training and Onboarding Programs for New and Existing Staff.

- Analyze current Operations to identify areas for Improvement and Efficiency.

- Monitor KPIs and ensure continuous Improvement in Training Delivery and Operations.

- Auditing the QC auditor's files to check the accuracy of the Audits





- Tracking the process queue Data and preparing Reports and PPTs

Required Qualifications:

- Master's or Above.

- 3–7 years of experience in Training, Operations, or a Leadership role.

- Proven experience in developing and Implementing Training Programs.

- Advance Excel, PPT, Power BI, Tableau, and manage SOP for All Processes.

- Project Management Qualified (PMP).

- Train-the-Trainer certification.

- English Fluency is a must.

Optional but Preferred Qualifications:

- Six Sigma or Lean Certification

- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
