Role Description The Team Leader role is a full-time, in office position based in North Region(Manesar Base) & South REgion (Tambaram Base).

The Team

Leader will oversee day-to-day operations of a cross-functional team, allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. This role includes coordinating process improvement initiatives, supporting quality assurance activities, and aligning team efforts with client and organizational objectives.

The Team

Leader will facilitate communication between stakeholders, prepare status reports, identify risks, and support problem-solving to maintain high performance standards. The role also involves coaching team members, promoting best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within Catalydd’s engineering and consulting projects.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising cross-functional or project-based teams.




- Demonstrated ability in process optimization, quality assurance, and continuous improvement within engineering or related industries.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data to drive decisions and track performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in project management or quality (e.g., PMP, Lean, Six Sigma) are an advantage.
- Proven experience in techno-commercial environments, with an understanding of both operational and business aspects of engineering projects.
- Ability to work on-site in North & South Region, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to dynamic client requirements.

Job Title: Team Leader-Operations Engineer

Reporting: Project Leader/RM

Job Purpose

- To work as directed by the reporting Manager to execute the project’s operations needs as per the defined process.
- To support New Project Technical Mapping, Tech. Candidate interviews and new project implementation.




- To support as a contingency engineer for the QA project in case of any requirement.

Main Responsibilities

1. To work, as directed by the reporting Manager to execute pre & post-activities of Inspection projects.
2. To support the preparation of standards, procedures and reports related to Project Operations as per Catalydd management and Customer-specific requirements.
3. Conduct technical training & assessments for the project team as per the induction training plan agreed (OJT, Periodic evaluation and Skill Matrix updating) upon between Catalydd & Customer.
4. To provide technical support for customer complaints and concerns (Rejection analysis and Action plan execution).
5. Provide technical support and active participation in the selection of the project team as per Customer specific requirements.
6. To coordinate with the PL/ TL/Supervisors on the QMS implementation in all engineering projects.
7. To work as a common Buffer engineer for the QA projects, if any engineer goes on leave/absent needs to support immediately as a contingency.

Other Specific Duties

1. Attending internal and external meetings with effective participation.
2. Flexible for travel around the state as per travel plan
3. To work flexibly, including some evening work, as required, to meet the needs of the role.
4. To adhere to Catalydd ‘s policy and procedures

Exp: Avg. 4~5 years in Quality Function (Auto) and Qualification: (Dip/BE) Salary Budget: Based on the interview performance Avg. (3.6 LPA to 4.2 LPA)
