Role Description The Team Lead role at DhanInfo is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur.

The Team

Lead will oversee day-to-day operations for a designated team, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and ensuring adherence to process standards and SLAs. This role involves guiding team members, providing coaching and feedback, and serving as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and, when required, client representatives.

Lead will track metrics, prepare reports, escalate issues appropriately, and collaborate with management to implement process improvements. The position requires hands-on involvement in workflow management, quality assurance, and fostering a disciplined, team-oriented, and inclusive work environment.





Qualifications

- Strong people management and leadership capabilities, including team supervision, mentoring, and conflict resolution.
- Experience in operations management, process coordination, and meeting performance targets in a BPM, BPO, or similar service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members, cross-functional partners, and clients.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools, reporting dashboards, and workflow or ticketing systems; comfort with learning new platforms.
- Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends or issues, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality, compliance, and accountability.
- Prior experience leading teams in an offshoring, BPM, BPO, or shared services environment is highly preferred.
