Experience Required

- 45 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment
- Experience from Value Staffing is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead
- Should have experience handling a team of 78 or more recruiters.

Preferred Recruitment Experience Candidates with robust Non-IT staffing/recruitment experience, particularly from Value Staffing, will be preferred.

Experience in the following industries will be an added advantage:

- Manufacturing
- FMCG
- Beverages
- Sales
- Service

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of 78+ recruitment professionals.
- Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment and staffing requirements.
- Drive the team to achieve recruitment targets and timely closures.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and recruitment metrics.
- Mentor and guide recruiters on sourcing, screening, and candidate closures.
- Coordinate with clients to understand manpower requirements.
- Manage client relationships and attend client meetings.
- Be comfortable and willing to travel for client meetings.




- Ensure quality candidate submissions and timely fulfilment of requirements.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS and performance reports.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Non-IT Recruitment / Staffing.
- Experience with Value Staffing is preferred.
- Proven team-handling experience.
- Strong client-handling and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good knowledge of sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment.
- Target-oriented with strong team-management capabilities.

Language Requirements

Mandatory:

- Malayalam
- English
- Tamil

Hindi: Manageable / working knowledge preferred.

Joining Requirement

Candidates who can join within 15- 30 days maximum will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile A Male Non-IT Recruitment Team Lead with 4 to 5 years of recruitment/staffing experience, including at least 1 year as a Team Lead, preferably with experience from Value Staffing. The candidate should have handled a team of 78+ members and have strong exposure to Manufacturing, FMCG, Beverages, Sales, or Service recruitment. The candidate must be comfortable travelling for client meetings and should be proficient in Malayalam, English, and Tamil, with manageable Hindi.
