Role Description The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is a full time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruiting activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

The recruiter will partner closely with leadership and training teams to understand hiring needs, create job postings, and maintain a strong talent pipeline for various programs and roles. Daily responsibilities include communicating with candidates, scheduling and tracking interviews, providing feedback, and supporting a positive candidate experience.



The role also involves maintaining recruitment data, contributing to hiring strategies, and representing Industry Ready Academy at relevant events or outreach activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, with experience managing the entire hiring process.
- Candidates should possess Hiring and Interviewing skills, including evaluating candidate fit and conducting structured interviews.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should have familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment tools, and basic proficiency in MS Office or similar software.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in campus hiring, entry-level recruiting, or recruiting for training and development programs.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred, along with a commitment to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
