What You Will Own

· Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.

· Source potential candidates through a variety of channels (LinkedIn,job boards,social media,referrals,etc.)

· Screen resumes and conducts initial phone/video interviews.

· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.

·

Maintain and update candidate information in the HRIS system to support global access.

· Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future technical roles.

· Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders.





· Monitor recruiting metrics to optimize hiring efficiency

· Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in technical and non-technical recruiting.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams

· Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2 frameworks

What You Bring

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, IT, or related field.

· 1 to 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-focused environment.

· Proven experience hiring for roles such as software engineers, data scientists, DevOps, QA, QC and other IT positions.

· Proficiency with sourcing tools and techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow).

· Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

· Familiarity with ATS platforms.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Work Environment & Expectations:

· Noida based

· Demonstrates flexibility to work in required shifts.

· 5 Day Work from Noida Office
