Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced IT Recruiter & HR Generalist in the Mohali/Chandigarh area to manage full-cycle tech recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. You will specialize in hiring for niche sectors like Data, Analytics, MarTech, AI/ML, and DevOps, with a strong focus on pipeline generation. Additionally, you will bridge the gap between acquisition and retention by managing onboarding, documentation, and basic HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Generation

- Pipeline Generation: Proactively source, map, and engage passive tech candidates to build a robust, warm talent pipeline.
- Tech Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring for niche roles in Data Engineering, Analytics, MarTech, AI/ML, and DevOps.
- US Staffing: Source, screen, and place candidates for US-based roles, ensuring alignment with US time zones during shift overlaps.
- Tax & Visa Understanding: Identify and handle US hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorization types (H1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card).
- Sourcing Execution:



Leverage advanced boolean strings and alternative channels to find top-tier engineering talent.

HR Operations & Administration

- Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end employee onboarding process, documentation, and orientation for current hires.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage attendance/leave tracking, and support offboarding processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Mohali / Chandigarh.
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of blended experience in IT recruitment and HR generalist operations.
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record of successfully hiring for advanced technology and data-driven roles.
- Sourcing Tools: Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and local job boards.
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, strong conflict-resolution skills, and exceptional communication.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adjust daily schedules slightly to accommodate necessary overlap with global time zones.
