Talent Acquisition Executive

ProtoTech Solutions is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team and support our growing recruitment needs. Location: Wakad, Pune

Work Mode: Work from Office

Experience: 2+ Years

- Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Handle offer negotiations, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate data, and MIS reports.




- Ensure timely closure of open positions while delivering a positive candidate experience.

What We Are Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing and end-to-end hiring.
- Solid communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Experience in IT/technical recruitment will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
