Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner BFSI

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities while also partnering with business teams on key HR and employee-related matters.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Talent Acquisition along with hands-on experience in HR Business Partnering, preferably within the BFSI / Financial Services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements through candidate onboarding.
- Work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define suitable hiring strategies.
- Source and identify candidates through job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, internal databases, and other channels.
- Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
- Coordinate interviews and selection processes with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Manage candidate engagement, offer discussions, salary negotiations, and offer closures.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future business requirements.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and regular hiring reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

HR Business Partnering

- Partner with business leaders and managers to understand people-related requirements and provide effective HR support.
- Act as a key HR point of contact for assigned business teams.
- Support various stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding,



employee engagement, performance management, internal movements, and separation.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations and people-related matters.
- Support performance management and talent management initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives in partnership with business teams.
- Identify employee and organizational challenges and recommend appropriate HR interventions.
- Support implementation of HR policies, processes, and organizational initiatives.
- Work with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and support people-related decision-making.
- Provide HR insights and support through employee data and people analytics.
- Participate in and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives.

Desired Skills & Experience

- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience in HR Business Partnering.
- Experience in the BFSI / Financial Services sector will be preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate management and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business workplace.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.
