System Administrator (IoT) – Windows Administrator (L2)

We are looking for an experienced Windows Administrator (L2) to manage and support enterprise Windows Server environments. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, Hyper-V, Failover Clustering, IIS troubleshooting, server provisioning, patching, hardening, and performance troubleshooting .

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor Windows servers, CPU, memory utilization, event logs, resources, and critical services.
- Respond to and own incidents through resolution.
- Troubleshoot Windows Server-related issues and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when required.
- Perform OS reinstallation and system recovery during OS crashes or system failures.
- Monitor server availability and prepare regular reports.
- Perform Windows security patching and release management.
- Manage server commissioning and decommissioning.
- Perform OS migration through in-place and side-by-side migration.
- Create, delete, and configure virtual machines and manage VM snapshots.
- Monitor and report VM performance using native and monitoring tools.




- Manage Hyper-V clusters and virtualized environments.
- Manage access rights, folders, and server inventory.
- Perform OS hardening as per security policies.
- Provide basic IIS troubleshooting and support.
- Participate in problem management by correlating related incidents and supporting root-cause resolution.

Education
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma / B.Sc. IT / BCA / MCA
- Full-time qualification from a recognized/reputed institution
- Candidates should have no education gap

Candidate Profile
- 4–6 years of relevant Windows Administration experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in a 24×7 on-site support environment .
- Candidates with relevant Windows/Infrastructure certifications will be preferred.
