Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Study Abroad Counsellor role based in Noida. The counsellor will advise students on study opportunities in Europe, the UK, and the USA, including program selection, university options, admission requirements, and application timelines.

Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counselling sessions, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, and supporting students with application forms, documentation, and visa-related processes in coordination with internal teams. The role involves organizing and participating in information sessions, seminars, and outreach activities, maintaining accurate student records, and following up to ensure smooth progression through each stage of the study abroad journey.



The counsellor is expected to build strong relationships with students and families, provide explicit and ethical guidance, and stay updated on changing admission and visa policies for key destinations.

Qualifications

- Strong student counselling and advisory skills, including the ability to understand individual aspirations and recommend suitable countries, programs, and universities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, families, institutions, and internal stakeholders.
- Organizational and administrative abilities to manage applications, documentation, deadlines, and follow-up activities efficiently.
- Awareness of international education systems, admission processes, and visa procedures for Europe, the UK, and the USA.
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills to address student concerns and provide clear, reliable guidance.
- Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, and online platforms for managing student data and conducting virtual interactions as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a degree in Education, Management, or related fields is an advantage.
- Prior experience in study abroad counselling, overseas education consulting, or academic advisory roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate within a team, and maintain high professional and ethical standards.
