Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute SRL’s 3–5 year HR strategy, annual manpower plan and HR budget aligned with business growth.
- Design organisation structures, reporting relationships, job descriptions, competency frameworks and clear accountability across functions.
- Build succession plans and a strong second line for critical leadership, manufacturing, R&D;, quality, regulatory and sales roles.
- Lead recruitment for senior, specialised and business-critical positions; strengthen SRL’s employer brand and talent pipeline.
- Implement measurable KRAs/KPIs, periodic performance reviews and objective promotion, increment and incentive processes.
- Drive leadership development, technical/managerial training, career planning and structured knowledge-transfer programmes.
- Create competitive compensation, perks, recognition and retention strategies while maintaining internal equity and cost discipline.
- Strengthen a culture of integrity, accountability, discipline, empathy, mutual respect and continuous improvement.
- Oversee employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters,



industrial relations and legally sound documentation.
- Ensure complete HR operational and statutory compliance across offices, factories and SRL’s pan-India field force.
- Provide management with HR dashboards covering manpower cost, productivity, vacancies, attrition, absenteeism and talent risks.

Candidate Profile

- MBA/PGDM/Master’s in HR, Personnel Management or Industrial Relations; labour-law qualification is an advantage.
- 15–20 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years as Head of HR or in a senior HR leadership role.
- Strong manufacturing experience is essential; chemicals, pharmaceuticals, life sciences or diagnostics preferred.
- Proven exposure to multi-location factories, corporate functions and a geographically dispersed sales organisation.
- High integrity, maturity and confidentiality, with strong business judgement and the ability to work closely with promoters and senior management.
