Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and proactive Store Manager to lead our retail outlet in Gangtok, Sikkim. The ideal candidate will come from a retail background, with strong preference given to those who have worked with premium electronics brands such as Apple or Samsung. This role is crucial in driving store performance, ensuring a superior customer experience, and managing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily store operations ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive team management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and in-store experience.
- Supervise store inventory, stock levels, and loss prevention measures.
- Monitor and maintain store standards including visual merchandising.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports; implement strategies for growth.




- Train and mentor the store team on products and service excellence.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a skilled manner.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and retail SOPs.

Requirements:

- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 3–7 years of experience in retail, with exposure to high-end electronics.
- Hands-on experience with Apple, Samsung, or similar premium brands is highly desirable.
- Proven team leadership and target achievement history.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with retail POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Preferred:

- Local candidates from Sikkim or nearby regions are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and local dialects will be a plus.
